Public Offer for Access to Almist Pro Features

1. Terms and parties

1.1. Contractor — individual entrepreneur Nikita Alekseevich Lukin, TIN 532119156604, OGRNIP 326530000029242, registered by the Federal Tax Service Directorate for the Novgorod Region; email for requests: support@almistapp.com.

1.2. User — an individual who uses the Almist app (the "App") under their own account and accepts this Offer.

1.3. Almist Pro (Pro) — paid access to additional App features for the paid period. Standard — free features available without Pro.

1.4. Store — the RuStore app store. Payments are accepted by Mnogo Prilozheniy LLC (OGRN 1237700094752) as the Contractor's agent.

2. Subject

2.1. For a fee, the Contractor grants the User access to Pro features in the App under a simple (non-exclusive) licence for the paid period, and the User pays for it.

2.2. The Pro feature set is shown in the App on the "Settings → Subscription" screen before payment. As of this version, Pro includes: "Overview" and "Detailed" PDF reports; an extended report for a doctor; additional insights on entries (days of week, morning and evening, tags, measurements after medication, pulse); photo entries without a monthly limit; entry change history and recovery of deleted entries within a year. The Contractor may add features to Pro; existing free Standard features are not moved into Pro during a paid period.

2.3. The App is a health self-monitoring tool. Pro is not a medical service: the App does not diagnose, prescribe or adjust treatment and does not replace a doctor's consultation.

3. Acceptance

3.1. Acceptance of the Offer is pressing the payment button on the "Subscription" screen after reviewing the price, period, auto-renewal terms and this Offer, and paying in the Store window.

3.2. The Offer version in force at the time of payment applies to that paid period. The Contractor announces changes affecting active subscriptions (including price) in the App at least 10 days before they take effect; new terms apply from the next period. If the User disagrees, they turn off auto-renewal.

4. Price and payment

4.1. The price of one month of Pro is 99 roubles unless another price (discount) is shown in the App before payment. Not subject to VAT (the Contractor applies the professional income tax). The Store shows the final amount before payment.

4.2. Subscription — one month of Pro with auto-renewal: the Store charges for the next month at the current price until the User turns off auto-renewal. The charge may occur in the last 8 hours of the current period. By choosing "Subscription" in the App (rather than a one-time payment) and confirming payment in the Store window, the User expressly agrees to automatic charges (Art. 16.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law). The date of the next charge and the price are shown on the "Subscription" screen.

4.3. One-time payment — one month of Pro without auto-renewal. The term starts on payment or, if Pro is already active, at the end of the current term. The next month can be paid no earlier than 7 days before the end of the current one. The App reminds about renewal 3 days before the end.

4.4. Trial — free access to Pro for the period shown in the App, without a card; once per account and per device. Nothing is charged at the end; Standard remains and entries are kept.

4.5. First-period discounts are granted once per buyer; their amount and term are shown before payment.

4.6. Payment is made in the Store window; the Contractor neither receives nor stores card details. The Store sends a receipt to the email entered at payment.

5. Turning off auto-renewal and withdrawal

5.1. The User may at any time refuse automatic charges (turn off auto-renewal) electronically: in the App ("Settings → Subscription → Turn off auto-renewal"), in RuStore or by writing to support@almistapp.com. From receipt of the refusal the Contractor initiates no new charges; Pro remains until the end of the paid period. No reason is required.

5.2. The User may withdraw from the contract at any time (Art. 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

6. Refunds

6.1. A refund request is sent via the App ("Settings → Subscription → Subscription help → Request a refund") or to support@almistapp.com. The Contractor replies within 10 days of receiving the request.

6.2. On withdrawal from Pro, the Contractor refunds the full price of the current paid month through the Store, by the same method as the payment. Pro access ends when the refund is issued and auto-renewal is turned off. Funds arrive within up to 10 business days depending on the bank.

6.3. If a refund through the Store is impossible (more than 6 months since payment or the payment cannot be found), the Contractor refunds by transfer to details provided by the User.

6.4. If Pro was not provided due to the Contractor or the Store (payment went through but Pro did not appear, double charge), the Contractor first restores access or refunds the extra payment.

7. Requests

7.1. Payment questions (paid but no Pro; double charge; refund; auto-renewal will not turn off; other) are sent via the App ("Settings → Subscription → Subscription help") or to support@almistapp.com. The User receives a request number and an answer deadline.

8. Liability

8.1. The Contractor keeps Pro features working during the paid period and fixes faults within a reasonable time. The Contractor is not liable for interruptions caused by the Store, networks and the User's device.

8.2. Limitations of liability do not apply where the law does not allow them.

9. Term and termination

9.1. The Offer is valid from publication until withdrawn. The contract with the User is valid for the paid period and renews with the subscription.

9.2. When the account is deleted, auto-renewal is turned off and Pro ends. On the User's request, the price of the current paid month is refunded under section 6.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. Relations of the parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://almistapp.com/privacy).
