Consent to Data Processing for Statistics and Crash Reports

I, a user of the Almist app, consent to individual entrepreneur Nikita Alekseevich Lukin (TIN 532119156604, OGRNIP 326530000029242; address: apt. 34, 104 Bolshaya Moskovskaya St., bldg. 2, Veliky Novgorod, Novgorod Region, 173020, Russia; support@almistapp.com; the "Operator") processing data about my use of the App on the following terms.

Purpose — understanding which features are used, finding and fixing errors and crashes of the App.

Data: which App screens and windows were opened; facts of actions without their content (an entry was saved manually or from a photo, created or edited; a report was created — format and template; a report was shared with a doctor — method); crash reports; technical data collected by AppMetrica: installation and device identifiers in AppMetrica, device model and manufacturer, OS and App version, language, mobile operator, network type, IP address (used to determine an approximate region).

Not sent: measurement values, entry dates, medications, tags, notes, photos, questionnaire, name, email, account number, doctor links and access codes. Location detection and advertising identifiers (GAID, IDFA) are disabled.

Actions: collection, recording, storage, systematisation, use for counting statistics, depersonalisation, deletion. Automated processing.

Processor: Yandex LLC, TIN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021 — AppMetrica; data is stored in the Russian Federation.

Term: until withdrawn.

Withdrawal: turn off "Statistics and crash reports" in the App settings — data is no longer sent; or write to support@almistapp.com.
