Almist Terms of Use

This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

1. Parties and subject

1.1. These Terms are concluded between individual entrepreneur Nikita Alekseevich Lukin (TIN 532119156604, OGRNIP 326530000029242; the "Rightholder") and a user of the Almist service: the Android and iOS apps and the almistapp.com and almist.ru websites (together, the "Service").

1.2. The Rightholder grants you, free of charge, a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the Service for its intended purpose on your devices worldwide for the term of these Terms. You may not modify, decompile or distribute the Service or use it commercially, except where the law allows.

1.3. The Terms are accepted by pressing "Sign up" when creating an account, and a new version — by pressing "I accept" in the App. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for persons over 18.

1.4. Paid features (Almist Pro) are provided under a separate Public Offer.

2. Purpose and medical limitations

2.1. Almist is a health self-monitoring app: it stores your entries, shows charts, statistics and insights on them, reminds you about measurements and medication intake on your schedule, and creates reports.

2.2. A measurement status ("Low", "Normal", "Elevated", "High", "Very high") is calculated against generally accepted thresholds and is not a diagnosis. The Service does not diagnose, prescribe or adjust treatment, doses or medication intake and does not replace a doctor's consultation. Make treatment decisions with your doctor.

2.3. If you feel unwell and your blood pressure is very high, call an ambulance: 103 or 112 (in Russia) or your local emergency number.

2.4. Values recognised from a photo of the monitor screen may contain errors — check them before saving. Reminders depend on device settings and the operating system and are not guaranteed.

3. Account and electronic signature

3.1. You can create an account with an email and password or via VK ID / Yandex ID. Provide accurate data. One account — one person. You are responsible for keeping your password and access to your email and VK / Yandex accounts secure.

3.2. The parties agree (Art. 6(2) and 9 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature") that an action in the Service after signing in to your account — ticking a box and pressing a confirmation button, including when giving consent to personal data processing — signs the corresponding document with a simple electronic signature. The key of the simple electronic signature is your sign-in data: password, email code or VK ID / Yandex ID sign-in confirmation. The account owner is deemed the signatory. You must keep your sign-in data secret.

4. Your data

4.1. Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy and your consents, available in the Service and at https://almistapp.com/privacy.

4.2. The data you enter belongs to you. Entries can be exported to PDF and CSV. Previous versions and deleted entries are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

4.3. You share a report with a doctor or another person yourself — as a PDF, a link or a QR code with 2-hour access. You are responsible for choosing the recipient; the Rightholder does not control how the recipient uses the report.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Rightholder strives to keep it working but does not guarantee the absence of errors and interruptions, including those caused by networks, devices and third-party services (VK ID, Yandex ID, app stores).

5.2. The Rightholder is not liable for health decisions made on the basis of Service data or for the accuracy of values entered by you or recognised from a photo.

5.3. Limitations of liability do not apply where the law, including consumer protection law, does not allow them.

6. Account deletion and termination

6.1. You may delete your account with all data at any time: in the app ("Settings → Delete account"), at https://almistapp.com/delete-account or by writing to support@almistapp.com.

6.2. An account without active Pro that has not been signed in to or used through the App for 24 months is deleted as described in section 3 of the Privacy Policy; the Rightholder warns by email 30 and 7 days before. Signing in to the account cancels the deletion.

6.3. The Rightholder may restrict access to an account for a breach of these Terms or the law, stating the reason.

7. Changes

The Rightholder may change these Terms. A new version is published at https://almistapp.com/terms and takes effect on publication; material changes are announced in the app in advance. If you do not agree with a new version, delete your account.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved as provided by Russian law, including at the consumer's place of residence.
